Danilo Tavares, a prominent agent in South Florida’s luxury market, has left Douglas Elliman and joined The Corcoran Group. He is now associated with Corcoran’s Surfside office, under the leadership of Senior Managing Director Lily Zanardi.
Tavares, with nine years of experience, closed out 2023 with $90 million in sales volume. The president and CEO of Corcoran, Pamela Liebman, expressed delight in Tavares joining the team and expects him to achieve great success with the support of the Corcoran brand.
Tavares is known for handling notable transactions, including properties owned by Don Francisco and Jeff Bezos. He is currently representing former NBA player Leandro Barbosa in the sale of his property in Orlando.
