Following her move to eXp Realty, Kendall Bonner, who leads the team in Tampa, has been appointed as the vice president of industry relations for the brokerage. In this new role, Bonner will focus on establishing and enhancing eXp’s strategic relationships within the real estate industry.

Bonner, a graduate of Loyola Law School, began her career as an attorney specializing in various legal areas before transitioning to real estate in 2011. After building a successful career at RE/MAX, she merged her brokerage with RE/MAX Alliance Group and later joined eXp Realty.
Under eXp Realty, Bonner has expanded her team and expressed enthusiasm for contributing to the industry’s evolution. She aims to empower the eXp Realty community to thrive amidst industry changes.
